1. Services

1.1 High End Residence Selection Services

These personalized consultancy services include property sourcing, viewings, negotiations, and bespoke planning. All services are designed to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Scheduling: You may request a change of date at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

No Refunds: Given the tailored nature of these services and the resources allocated upon confirmation, fees are not refundable once the planning process has commenced or viewings have been arranged.

1.2 Information Products

Digital materials such as guides, reports, and analyses intended to assist in making informed decisions regarding high end residences.

Eligibility: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the digital materials remain unopened and no download links have been activated. To request a refund, contact us through our contact page with your purchase details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Deferral: Since these products are delivered instantly, deferral is not applicable.

1.3 Branded Goods

Physical items such as stationery, keychains, and other high end accessories offered by Skyresida.

Ship-Back Terms: Unopened items in original condition may be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping fees. Send items to the address above with a copy of the invoice.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.

interactions: interactions for different items or gift vouchers may be arranged if noted in your initial ship-back request.

2. General Provisions

Modifications: We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

3. Extended Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction across all offerings. Below is a summary of refund options:

• High End Residence Selection Services: Fees are not refundable once planning or viewings are initiated. Rescheduling is available with 48 hours notice.
• Information Products: Refunds may be granted within 7 days if no digital access has been used. Processed within 7 business days of approval.
• Branded Goods: Unopened items may be shipped back within 14 days. Refunds issued within 7 business days after inspection. Shipping fees apply.
